Donate over the phone via debit or credit card on 01245 351 514. Office opening hours are Monday to Friday 9am till 5pm.

In person

Joan's Way

Christine Goodwin has written a book called "Joan's Way" in tribute to her late cousin Joan Dillon. Joan was the youngest of nine children; five of whom lived with the disease muscular dystrophy. Christine and Joan had always talked about writing a book about their family.

On sale now from The J's Office for £9.95 with 60% of the profits going towards The J's Hospice.

There are loads of fun ways you can fundraise for the J's. We've listed a few of our favourite ideas below:

Morning tea with friends
Invite your friends round for a cuppa and a few biscuits and ask them to pay what they would if they were in a coffee shop, all proceeds then go to the J's.

Recycle your cartridges

We're looking to develop our groups around Essex. They're people like you who come up with ideas to raise money. It could be a coffee morning in the home, a race night, quiz or dance. Your local group can help you to organise and run the event. Please get in touch if you want to get involved or would like to run a group.
