The J's Hospice aims to build the first age-appropriate, environmentally friendly hospice for 18 to 40 year olds with life limiting conditions in the East of England. We're actively looking for land to build on in Essex and we're establishing an outreach at home service to help care for young adults in their own homes.

- A place where young adults can be themselves.
- A trusting and caring environment for the 18 to 40 year olds, their families, friends and carers.
- The facilities and opportunities for people to continue their educational studies.
- A link with health professionals and Health Trusts concerned with palliative care.
